I was not overweight- there was nothing wrong with me. OK – I was 46yrs had
spent the last 26 years accumulating fat round my waist, I had headaches nearly
every day, took Paracetemol like it was going out of fashion, and had dreadful
indigestion most days – a bottle of Gaviscon was kept to hand. I was on Beta Blockers for high blood
pressure and had high Cholesterol! OK so perhaps I was not as healthy as I
thought! I got on the products because
they were there and Sharon may have encouraged me a bit!
I lost two stone, I lost 5 inches off my waist
it’s now what it was 20 years ago. I can’t remember the last time I bought
paracetemol. The Gaviscon is untouched
in the cupboard. I no longer need to
take Beta Blockers and I haven’t had my cholesterol checked recently – though I
suspect it’s not a problem!
