I Lost 2 stones in 11 weeks and 20" all over. I have lost a total of 2 stone 9lbs and new take a size 8/10 instead of 14/16. My energy levels are fantastic now and it looks like it has stopped my hay fever in its tracks as I am normally in a bad way by now!!
